Premium Distribution

THE government is again requiring Pertamina to distribute Premium fuel in Java, Madura and Bali. The new policy is set out in a revision to Presidential Decree No. 191/2014 on the Supply, Distribution, and Retail Prices of Fuels. All that remains is for President Joko Widodo to sign off on the revision.

Presidential Decree No. 191 has thus far only regulated Premium’s distribution outside Java, Madura and Bali. Rec
