There is not just one. In other public places there are notices on toilet walls or near water fountains: this side for 'whites' and that side for 'coloreds'.

Segregation: 'Negroes', 'Jews', people of yellow skin, brown skin, and dogs are not allowed…

Setya’s Shifting Sands

A few hours after Judge Cepi Iskandar revoked Setya Novanto’s suspect status in the corruption case involving the electronic ID cards (e-KTP) project at the South Jakarta District Court on the night of September 29, five commissioners of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) could be seen at the Bogor Presidential Palace.

One palace official said that the arrival of the commissioners was not on the day’s agenda, even though they had long requested an audience with the President. That night, Jokowi wanted to attend a screening of Penumpasan Pengkhianatan G 30 S PKI, the movie on the September 30 movement, at the Headquarters of the 61st Military Subdistrict Command in Suryakencana, Bogor, West Java.
