THE Business Competition Supervisory Commission's (KPPU) triumph over five mobile operators in the Supreme Court has drawn the attention of Adams & Co. The Jakarta law firm views the Supreme Court's ruling over the short message service (SMS) 'cartel' as a victory for consumers.

"Consumers can now ask for compensation," Adams & Co secretary Agus Soetopo said last Thursday.
