MANY problems arise in the legal trial process. The courtroom proceedings are often disturbed by all sorts of trouble, from the defendant not appearing, witnesses and audience acting up, insults being directed at the panel of judges, to judge sleeping during sessions, law enforcements showing bad manners and even mobs damaging the court’s properties.
