RECEIPT of money totaling Rp5 billion from coal businessman Samin Tan was one of the considerations of the judge when reading out the verdict on suspect Eni Maulani Saragih in early March. In a bribery case involving the Riau-1 Steam Power Plant project, the Golkar Party politician was sentenced to six years imprisonment.
