The detention of the former Lippo Cikarang CEO, Bartholomeus Toto, is new ammunition for the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in investigating the bribes paid in relation to the construction of the Meikarta integrated residential complex to officials of Bekasi Regency, West Java.
