BNI’s Credit Card Service
I have had an energy draining experience from the moment of my husband’s demise up to the present, handling a banking matter with BNI.
Since March 2019, I have been handling the credit card number 4512-4900-xxxxxxxxxx in the name of (the late) Yosep H., but there has been no definite solution and answer from BNI. As the wife and heir I have fulfilled the responsibility to pay for the use of the credit card, but the protracted process at BNI has given rise to another problem.
