RIDWAN Fauzi felt befuddled for a second when the fourth hospital he visited refused to treat his uncle, who was tested positive for Covid-19, on Saturday, June 19, and had a high fever as well as trouble breathing. He had already contacted the Bogor Regional General Hospital, Hermina Bogor Hospital, and the Rumah Karya Bhakti Pratiwi, also in Bogor, West Java. All those three hospitals were full.
