After returning home from the inauguration of Pope Leo XIV at the Vatican on Sunday, May 18, 2025, Indonesian Minister of Cooperatives Budi Arie Setiadi, through his envoy, contacted Christian Arensen Tanuwijaya Malonda. Budi wanted to meet with Christian Arensen to discuss the case of online gambling site protection at the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, which is now called the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Komdigi).
