THE airport at Pantai Lango, in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN), North Penajam Paser, East Kalimantan, stood eerily empty on Saturday, July 19, 2025. Not a single aircraft sat on the 3,000-meter runway. No passengers bustled through the terminal. Parts of the building were closed off, with glass doors bolted shut.
