THE government’s plan to establish a State Revenue Agency—long in limbo—has regained momentum. The clearest signal came when President Prabowo Subianto appointed Djaka Budhi Utama as Director-General of Customs and Bimo Wijayanto as Director-General of Taxes, both under the Ministry of Finance.
