MINISTER of Housing and Settlement Maruarar Sirait came with a surprising decision: declining foreign loans to fund housing projects. He conveyed this plan to the Ministry of National Development Planning, the institution which coordinates, plans, and evaluates foreign state loans, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
