THE Precet Campground in Ngajum subdistrict, Malang Regency, East Java, appeared deserted when Tempo visited on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The area, located just below a pine forest owned by the state forestry enterprise Perum Perhutani, had been leveled. The government chose this site as the venue for the groundbreaking of the integrated poultry downstream project on Friday, February 6.
