ENTERING the second year of President Prabowo Subianto’s administration, the realization of the three million homes program remains far from its target. Deputy Housing and Settlements Minister Fahri Hamzah said the slow progress of the flagship program has drawn direct scrutiny from the President.

“He has been very sharp in assessing the performance of institutions handling housing because this is one of the priority programs,”
