DOZENS of excavators dotted the construction site of Chardonnay Cluster in Citra City Sentul, Bojong Koneng village, Bogor Regency, West Java. Some of the machines worked to level and compact soil near a retaining wall that ringed the housing development. Others dredged a sedimentation pond.
