JULIANA’S gloved fingers‌ were skillfully putting smoked river catfish into an airtight plastic bag. Then she placed the plastic bag containing three smoked fish in a vacuum-creating device to remove the air. Juliana, 23, has become the manager of Mina Hasop Eluk Smoked Fish Production House owned by the Orang Rimba community or the Anak Dalam tribe in Dwi Karya Bakti Hamlet, Bungo Regency, Jambi.
