ENVIRONMENT Minister Hanif Faisol Nurofiq can breathe a slight sigh of relief. The drafting of Indonesia’s Second Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC), has been completed. If all goes well, the government will submit the document to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) this week, roughly two weeks before the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30) in Belém, Brazil.
