NEWS of the troubled soldier housing project, managed by the Army’s Mandatory Housing Savings Management Agency (BP TWP), had already reached Prabowo Subianto by October 15, 2024. At the time, Prabowo, who was recently elected president, was summoning various figures to his residence on Jalan Kertanegara IV in South Jakarta as he prepared to form his cabinet.
