THE government’s decision to grant rehabilitation to former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Angkutan Sungai, Danau, dan Penyeberangan (ASDP) Indonesia Ferry, Ira Puspadewi, and two of her subordinates has triggered a legal controversy. Not only is the move considered as inappropriate, but the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), has yet to complete its investigation.
