WALKING past a line of journalists who had been waiting since morning, former Bima City Police Chief Adj. Sr. Comr. Didik Putra Kuncoro kept his head down and remained silent on Thursday, February 19, 2026. That afternoon, Didik had just completed a hearing before the National Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) at the Transnational Crime Center building at National Police Headquarters in South Jakarta.
