THE investigation into the corruption case implicating Hery Susanto, Chair of the Indonesian Ombudsman, is ongoing, led by the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes. Hery is accused of accepting Rp1.5 billion to issue an investigation report (LHP) for Toshida Indonesia (TSHI), a nickel mining company in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi. The report later proved detrimental to the government.
