Disappointed with BNI’s Housing Loan

IN 2010, I took out a 20-year housing loan (KPR) for a home in the Simprug Diporis residential complex in Tangerang, Banten, through Bank BNI. Payments went smoothly from 2010-2016. I intended to refinance my housing loan in early 2016, but experienced difficulties. It turned out, six years after the loan was taken, the house title was still unavailable.
