Difficulties in Obtaining SKCK

I live in Bogor, West Java, with an ID card issued in Kediri, East Java. Since I am work in a job which obliges me to submit a Police Information Record (SKCK), I have tried to obtain one in Bogor without having to go back to my village in Ngadiluwih , Kediri.

When I tried to access web.skck.polri.go.id, the conditions written did not require me to have a letter of introduction from my neighborhood community cente
