THE Commission for the Acceleration of Police Reform gained fresh ammunition from the Constitutional Court to evaluate the National Police in mid-November 2025. A panel of constitutional justices issued Decision No. 114, which requires active-duty police officers to resign or retire from the force when they occupy civilian posts.
