It was Sunday morning, November 22, 1998 in Ketapang Alley, Jakarta. An angry mob raged down the street, brandishing swords and weapons. They were in pursuit of Jimmy Siahae, a 45 year-old Ambonese man who had reportedly set fire to the local mosque.
