Jakarta's Underground Chaos

Floods have inundated parts of Jakarta for nearly two weeks. Because of heavy rain in the capital, increasingly impenetrable soil from its ever-expanding concrete jungle, and poor management of its underground, the water was unable to empty itself properly. That's what caused the deluge.
