THE imminent arrival of Playboy in Indonesia is causing the inevitable furor among the devout. Despite the fact that the magazine will feature no nudity and that there are already many cheap, racy, locally produced tabloids on sale at every set of traffic lights in town, the Playboy bunny is provoking a fury only matched by those pesky Danish cartoons. This is undoubtedly because, unlike the local magazines, or lo
