HOPE often comes from unexpected sources and recently, I found it in Paul Christian Radu. He is a Romanian, tall and slim, not quite 40 years of age. His blond shoulder-length hair is tucked behind his ears and his coarse beard makes him look like singer Kurt Cobain.
