A SMALL gathering celebrated victory Friday afternoon at the Indonesian Legal Aid Institute building on Jakarta's Jalan Diponegoro. Two yellow rice cones were served in the middle of Adam Malik Room, welcoming the return of constitutional rights to the former prisoners of the September 30, 1965 movement (G30S).
