The billion-rupiah blackmail of former Bulog chief Beddu Amang was allegedly committed by Dodi Sumadi and his team, comprising husband and wife Irawan and Wiwiek and Bambang Sukmahadi. The others Dodi implicated were Kiai Noer Iskandar and Maj. Gen. Kivlan Zen.
