THE team investigating the spread and transmission of avian flu has put their collective foot down on the gas. This was triggered by the examination results from the World Health Organizations (WHO) reference laboratory in Hong Kong which were announced on Wednesday last week. It was confirmed that Iwan Siwara Rafei, 37, a resident of Tangerang, Banten, and his two daughters who died one after the other had been infected by avian flu. Of course,
