Double Standard on Suharto

While President Yudhoyono stated that the Suharto case is being put on hold, the attorney general has made a different decision.

ISMAIL Saleh headed for the Attorney Generals Office (AGO), on Monday morning of last week. This Minister of Justice during the Suharto administration was going there to request that travel restrictions against the former President be lifted. He also wanted to question the AGOs legal basis for its renewed interest in processing of a number of corruption cases involving foundations led by Indonesias second President.
