Feuding Over Timor Funds

TIMOR Putra Nasional, the automobile factory owned by Tommy Suharto, has been declared the rightful owner of a bank account in the amount of almost Rp1.3 trillion. The South Jakarta District Court issued this verdict two weeks ago in a dispute between Timor and Bank Mandiri and the government. The funds are still connected with a Timor investment loan to the government in the amount of Rp4 trillion. Why does the government keep losing these cases?
