THE flow of funds from Bank Indonesia to the House of Representatives’ (DPR) Banking and Finance Commission in 2003 dragged down a number of names. One of them was Antony Zeidra Abidin, a Golkar representative and former member of the Commission who allegedly accepted Rp31.5 billion from Bank Indonesia.
