AHIGHLY sensitive memo was declassified and posted on the Internet just as Suharto's body was being interred at Karanganyar. The memo contained a transcript of a talk between then-US President Richard Nixon, Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, and President Suharto at the White House in May 1970.
