FOR the first time in Indonesia, a request to confiscate community assets resulting from a marriage was part of a divorce case. The players are Suharto’s third son, Bambang Trihatmodjo, and his wife Halimah Augustina Kamil. Baby—as Halimah is also called—asked the court to freeze their assets because she was worried that they would be “wasted away” after their divorce was finalized.
