EXTENDED bad weather over the Java Sea during the middle of February made Muljo Adji do some recalculations. The awaited coal cargo ships were not able to berth at the Tanjung Jati pier in Jepara, Central Java. Yet coal reserves at the power plant were reaching dangerously low levels.
