THIRTEEN motorboats are lined up along the banks of the Tembilok River in Ketapang, West Kalimantan. The boats have not sailed yet, because their captains have been detained, and the contents—wood of the bengkirai, meranti, and kruing varieties—have been taken as evidence by National Police Headquarters.
