THE Team of Eight asked that the indictment against Bibit Samad Rianto and Chandra M. Hamzah be stopped. This team recommended three options to do so: issuing a cessation of investigation order (SP3) if the case is still being handled by the police; a letter to stop the prosecution (SKPP) if the case has already been submitted to the Attorney General’s Office (AGO); and using the Attorney General’s prerogative to drop the case.
