THE scandal over the removal of a clause in the Health Law that mentioned tobacco and tobacco products as addictive substances has not ended. The Anti-Corruption Coalition on the Tobacco Clause is demanding that those who removed the clause must still be punished, even though that missing clause has already been “rediscovered.”
