DAWN was breaking when Intim Solachma left her house at the Puri Demang Raya housing complex in Palembang, South Sumatra, two weeks ago. Driving her own car, this Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) member headed for a location a few kilometers away. Parking her car, she proceeded to knock on the door of one house after another on that long stretch of road, to chat with the occupants.
