The Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle's (PDI-P) 'yellow rice cone' ad was the object of much derision in the social media after it aired on television. The theme of domestically grown crops touted by this party was not in line with the decision to sell a number of state assets when PDI-P head Megawati Soekarnoputri was the Indonesian president from 2001-2004.
