Ensuring Meddle-free Selection
SINCE Law No. 5/2014 on the State Civil Administration went into effect, the government has held an open selection system to fill high-level government positions. This strategy is one application of the merit system in managing state civil administration. However, in practice, people from political parties are still being placed in the selection committees.
