The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has indicted former chairman of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), Syafruddin Arsyad Temenggung, for issuing a certificate of debt repayment (SKL) to Sjamsul Nursalim, owner of Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia. As part of its investigation into this case, the KPK questioned Laksamana Sukardi, the former state-owned enterprises (SOE) minister who was also a member of the Financial Sector Pol
