The import of weapons by the National Police Mobile Brigade (Brimob) have indications of irregularities and suspected procedural violations. The lethal combat weapons brought in from Arsenal, Bulgaria, were not authorized by the Minister of Defense. Their procurement transpired rapidly, right after a contract was finalized.
