Soesilo Ariwibowo continued to receive phone calls. Throughout our interview with him on Tuesday, April 23, the legal coordinator for the state-owned electricity company PLN as well as Sofyan Basir had to attend to questions from PLN employees about Sofyan’s declaration as suspect in the Riau-1 steam power plant (PLTU).
