RIDA Mulyana’s workload suddenly surged following the major blackout that hit Jakarta, West Java, Banten and some parts of Central Java last Sunday, August 4. The power outage sent the energy and mineral resources (ESDM) ministry’s director-general for electricity on a round of inspection till 3am in the morning.
