IN the past two months, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo has had to deal with two cases involving civil servants believed to have been exposed to religious radicalism.

The first case was discovered by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) politician during a selection process for school teachers and principals, which began in January.
