ENTICED by the prospect of receiving Rp1 billion, Nina Haryati, a member of the National Anti-Drug, Street Brawl and Anarchic Actions Movement (Gepenta), rushed to Gerbera Hotel in Megamendung, Bogor, West Java, on June 17.
