HARJONO’S talk about preparations for monitoring the North Sulawesi gubernatorial election at the Aryaduta Hotel, Manado, on Thursday night, December 19, was interrupted by a call to his cellular phone. Upon pausing his speech, Harjono heard the voice of State Secretary Pratikno on the other end. According to Harjono, Pratikno said President Joko Widodo asked him to join the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) supervisory council.
